General Information

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow it right to your door. Keep in mind that carrier delays can occasionally happen and are outside of our control.

Return Information

We want you to love your Old Orchard Marketplace purchase! If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can help. For safety and quality reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned. Items eligible for return must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to make it right.
